Carrie Arthur is coming–with Chesney Sturgill (Long)! Dawn Barger (Barber) is coming! So is Pam Hendershot (Lyons), Darla Richards (sorry, Darla, I can’t recall your new last name–starts with a C though, doesn’t it?) and Francie Tidwell (Brown)!! Russell Brock and Drue Page will be there. So will Jeri Case and Jason Harp! Jackie McCarthy (Kelley) and Joshua Herald will be there too! Eddie Walker and Tony Fultz are coming. Amy Wellman (Hubbard) is probably going to make the picnic–her little baby sister Andrea is having a baby–my god are we that old? Andrea was learning to walk when we were in the 7th grade!
Oh yes, back to the task at hand, Celia Smith, Cindy Perry (Stephenson) and Teresa Bennett (Mankin) will certainly be there. We are working on Lew Sharp and his lovely wife Barb (she’s awesome). Rumor has it Michelle Dugan (Figg) may make an appearance after a weekend softball tournament in the under 10 league! And we might also see Audra Short (Frezza) and her lovely honey-man. And you know TK will be there.
ITS NOT TOO LATE IF YOU WANT TO JOIN IN. DROP TROY OR MYSELF A LINE AND LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO COME!!! FOR REAL–WE WANT EVERYONE THERE WHO CAN BE TO CATCH RIGHT ON UP FROM THE 80s.

Party of the Quarter Century, Well Close enough!! CHS Class of 1988 Reunion September 26-27, 2008
Dear Classmates,
I wanted to drop you all a quick line because I didn’t want you to miss out on a great opportunity to reconnect with several people you haven’t seen in several years. In fact, it may be more than twenty years since you have seen some.
I know that several of you have gone to our blog page or our profile on Classmates.com. Lori mentioned to me earlier today that we have received 400 hits this weekend alone! We also realize that there was an improper cancelation notice sent out to some of you last week about the reunion. Please know that the reunion planning is sailing right along. We have had some hiccups along the way. Hey, nobody is perfect!
We are confirming our reservations at Chateau Thomas for dinner on Saturday, September 27th. We are also making sure that we will be able to provide enough food for sandwiches and drinks for the picnic at Hummel Park on Saturday Afternoon. We are also trying to get a commitment from Cascade to allow us to have a section of the stadium or some other area for us all to congregate on September 26th.. So far, the planning has gone really smooth. For those that have already sent in their RSVP, we appreciate your response and we know you will have a great time Lori, Teresa, Cindy, and Francie have worked really to make sure things are perfect.
Many of you may be concerned because the official date to RSVP has come and gone. Relax, there is plenty of time to contact us and let us know if you still want to attend. I would appreciate a phone call or an email back to let me know if you are still planning on attending. If you are still uncertain, please let me know that as well.
We are attempting to collect the RSVPs and fees as soon as possible for planning purposes. We are also trying to compile the information on these forms into a data bank that we can provide to all of our classmates. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your information, we will not be able to provide it in the database.
We have heard from several already and I hope to here from you all very soon!
