Looking for something interesting to do Saturday morning, September 27?
Join the Jonathan L. Mitchell Foundation Annual Run and help raise scholarship funds for up and coming Cascade High School Students. The Run starts at 9am at East Elementary. Costs nothing to participate. T-shirts for the event run $10/each. Why not get your exercise in early on Saturday and join your old pals in a run to commemorate the impact Jon Mitchell had in your life….and help generate scholarship dollars.

Directions for Hummel Park–find the Shelter House
Ever try to find a shelter house in a city park–the right shelter house for your party? Well, here’s the map and the menu for the picnic in the park, so you can come prepared to share in the fun.
We’ll be enjoying Pulled Georgia Pork and Roasted Chicken. The Pork is sauced with a sauce that Famous Dave’s calls Rich and Sassy (Troy indicated that it isn’t named after his wife, Dr. Heather. He just told her that to score points). The roasted chicken isn’t sauced, but, we will be offering the whole gamut of Dave’s sauces to compliment the roasted chicken. The reunion committee will also be supplying cold soft drinks and water (we need some extra coolers if anyone can offer one, or at least a vehicle large enough to hold a cooler made to fit a full grown deer because I have access to one of those dogs if we need it. If you can furnish a cooler, please call me 317 225 3490 or Troy 317 919-0863.
Bring your lawn chairs and all the stuff you use when you have a picnic: your favorite sippy cup, napkins, trash bags, picnic blankets, tableware, and a covered dish or some chips to share with your friends.

Senior Night 2008
Here’s who we know is coming: Drue Page, Teresa (Bennett) Mankin, Cindy (Perry) Stevenson, Troy (TK) Crum, Lori Long. Lisa Ausman and Joshua Herald will make the picnic. Kris (Walton) Brock and her honey might make the picnic and maybe even the dinner. And Amy (Wellman) Hubbard is thinking about it–she will be in town from Arizona for her sister’s baby shower! Shelley (Phillips) Tudino will be done with the Air Force Ball and is considering making the trip with her husband. And man, he’s a hottie.
Will you be there?!
Don’t miss it. We checked out the winery tonight. Heck, Cindy and I even tasted some wine. We met Meredith–Troy and Heather’s lovely daughter. Its gonna be a blast.
