20 year reunion, CHS Class of 1988

Hey fans,

Troy and his crew have been diligently working these past few weeks while ushering the kids off the school, working hard to pay the bills and traveling all over the free world to pull together our 20 year reunion.

The plan is to open up the weekend of festivities at the CHS Homecoming game against Speedway Friday night September 26 at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $5.00 at the field. We are planning on sitting together to cheer the Cadet’s on to victory.

Saturday morning is the Jon Mitchell Walk for some charity (more details to follow). We have reserved a shelter house at Hummel Park in Plainfield from 1-4 to bring the families and get reacquainted during a potluck picnic. Details are coming together. Cost is $10.00 per family.

Saturday night, we are working on reserving a small ballroom at Chateau Thomas Winery with hors d’oeuvres and a special wine tasting for a more “grown-up” mixer. These details are still being solidified and we expect tickets to run about $60/per.

We’ll be reaching out personally to each graduate to issue your special invitation with all details and as the dates are quickly approaching, we need to have all reservations complete for catering, etc by September 15. Watch for your details and pls call me or comment on the post if you haven’t received them yet. :)
